Peter Andrew Jones – To Here and The Easel
Back to retro 70’s Sci-Fi with another explosive illustration from Blog Fave. Peter Andrew Jones.
This menacing looking craft has a strong resonance of past military aviation tech, which is why I’ve selected it (Harrier Jump Jet).
‘To Here and the Easel’ dates from 1974 and is scanned from Peter’s glossy compendium Book “Solar Wind” which I’m lucky enough to have a copy of.
Check Peter’s site for a chance to buy the book, and exclusive prints: http://peterandrewjones.net/

Really digging this one.
Yeah it’s great – really mean looking!
It’s actually a US Navy A-4 Skyhawk.
This reminds me very strongly of Chris Foss’ Terran Trade Authority stuff for whatever reason.
Ahh yeha I see, thats much close – cheers
