Colin produced many airbrushed SF book covers during the 70’s for authors including: Paul Anderson, John Sladek, Ian Watson, Clifford D Simak, Philip K Dick. He uses a distinctive style not dissimilar to Chris Foss.

Oh I really like this one… is it from the 80’s? I kind of has that look about it.
Hey – It actually predates the 80’s – late 70’s I think – I believe it’s artwork produced as part of the “Terran Trade Authority” – more on that here:

Oh it definitely was in the TTA books. I remember it from the “Spacecraft 2000 to 2100 AD” book I had as a child.
