Sci-Fi-O-Rama is an art, design and illustration blog that seeks to profile anything vaguely technological, Sci-Fi or fantasy related.
If you’d like to say hello, suggest a future topic, or even offer to work with us please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who: Sci-Fi-O-Rama is owned and curated by Kieran Kelly. Kieran is a British UX/UI designer and artist currently working for Solid Clouds in Reykjavik. Aside from his obvious love of Sci-Fi art and design, Kieran is also co-founder of twio.uk. Twio is a private UK company that specialises in planning and booking multi-destination and complex holiday itineraries online.
Ben Feldman joined the Sci-Fi-O-Rama contributor staff in late 2017. Ben is a Toronto based architect, avid reader, and lifelong fan of speculative fiction and design.
And rounding out the team is Erik O’Shaughnessy, a software developer and Sci-Fi nerd who lives near Austin, Texas. Erik serves as proofreader and editor.
History: Sci-Fi-O-Rama was born in 2008 as an experiment in WordPress. It rapidly and unexpectedly became popular thanks to early image aggregator services like ffffound.com (gone but not forgotten). A big thanks to Mike Fallows for coining the name Sci-Fi-O-Rama. Whilst memorable it’s got to be one of the worst URL’s to spell.
